We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ironhearrt purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery – no restocking fees, no questions asked.

Return conditions
To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same new condition you received it.
  • Free from odors, pet hair, stains, or alterations.
  • Accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Return shipping cost
We provide free return shipping for all orders shipped within the U.S. – regardless of the return reason. Simply contact our support team, and we will email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable method (even with the prepaid label) and keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Refund processing time
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds – this timeline is outside our control.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within your 30-day return window. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. We do not impose a shorter deadline for defects – all issues are handled under the same 30-day policy.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on face masks, undergarments, or opened consumables (if applicable). Gift cards are also final sale.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships – just email us with your order number. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
