Thank you for choosing Ironhearrt. We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our facility.
Transit time
Once dispatched, standard ground shipping takes 3–5 business days for delivery to most U.S. addresses. These are carrier estimates; actual transit may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier routing. We choose the most suitable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) based on your location and package size, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden costs.
Return shipping
Return shipping is also free for any reason within our 30-day return window. A prepaid label will be provided upon request. See our Return Policy for full details.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state and applicable local rates. The final price you see before placing your order includes all taxes and fees – no additional charges will be added later. We do not collect VAT or international taxes as we only ship within the U.S.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ironhearrt.it.com. We can accommodate changes only if your order has not entered the packing process. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos and notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim. For lost packages, we must be alerted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
