1. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, at this time we ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We process orders in 1–2 business days. After that, standard ground shipping takes 3–5 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free for all orders – no minimum purchase. No extra handling fees.

4. What carriers do you use?
We select from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL based on your location and package size. The carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation. Transit times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific carrier performance.

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return new, unused items with original packaging. We offer free return shipping and no restocking fees for any reason.

6. How quickly will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return at our Missouri address, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Then your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds. We cannot speed up that final step.

7. Are returns really free?

8. What if my item is damaged or defective?
Notify us within your 30-day return window with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. We do not impose a shorter deadline for defects – everything is handled under the same 30-day policy.
